Founder and managing partner of Strive Capital, the first ever quant early-stage VC firm in the Bay area, focused on consumer and enterprise software, with investments in App Annie, Gusto, Rubrik, Enish (IPO), Virta Health, DraftKings, among others. He is also the venture partner at Grishin Robotics, a Sand Hill Road venture capital firm focused on smart hardware and consumer investments, with investments in companies such as Ring (Sold Amazon), Spin (Sold Ford), Zipline, among others.

Alexey Alexanov , General Partner, Cabra VC

Co-founder and General Partner at Cabra VC with more than 15 years of work experience across various industries in business development, partnership and enterprise sales. He focuses on investing in post-seed/Series A subscription-based companies in the US. Alexey holds 6 board roles including Board member at Improvado, XiX, Welltory. Tom Henriksson, General Partner, OpenOcean


Tom is a General Partner at OpenOcean and passionate about data-intensive software solutions that are quick to love and built on strong technology. He is a big believer in accurate consumer profiling, marketing technologies, and intelligent automation of the enterprise. Tom holds board seats in Leadoo Marketing Technologies, LoopMe, Passfort, Personalyze, Thimble, and is excitedly following Tapdaq (Tapjoy), Truecaller, and Unacast.

Tom's previous experience includes launching and leading Nokia Interactive Advertising – the leading first-generation premium mobile ad-network. Tom scaled the business from scratch to $50 million in revenues in less than three years

Gilad Engel , Partner, Target Global

Prior to joining Target, Gilad was a Vice President responsible for strategic alliances at Elastifile (acquired by Google). Before that he was at Anobit Technologies (acquired by Apple), where he was the Vice President in Business Development and Co-manager of the SSD business unit. Before Anobit, Gilad was a Business Development Director at M-Systems (acquired by SanDisk).

He is also a board member at Plessey Semiconductors and an active angel investor in more than 10 companies, several of which were acquired.

Omiros D. Sarikas, Managing Partner, Brookstreet Equity


Omiros serves as the Managing Partner (CEO), and founding member, of Brookstreet. Previously, he was a Principal spearheading M&A and Family Office transactions. His recognitions include "GameChanger of the Year", "CEO of the Year", "Most Influential CEO", "M&A Young Gun of the Year", and "Top 250 Deal Makers in the World". Brookstreet's awards include "UK Innovative PEVC Fund Manager of the Year", "UK Niche PE House of the Year" and "DraxFuture40" investor that shapes the future of Europe. Omiros worked in London, Zürich and New York and completed 100+ engagements over two decades. He is Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers (serving as Chairman of the Fundraising Advisory Board), a Fellow at the Royal Society of Arts, a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and advised committees of the British Venture Capital & Private Equity Association and the House of Lords. Omiros had an international secondary education at Tasis and ACS. He read management and finance in England and America at LSE, Cass, LBS and Harvard, amongst others. Chris Fisher, Operating Partner, Click Ventures


Chris Fisher is Operating Partner for Hong Kong based early stage venture capital firm, Click Ventures, where he invests in highly scalable tech ventures. Within the firm he especially focuses on helping portfolio companies form strategies, grow, acquire, sell, and IPO.

He is also a Venture Partner for GPO Fund in New York City, a crossover fund which invests in rapidly growing US Series C and Series D tech companies to help them access global public equity markets. Before venture capital, he spent over 20 years in corporate M&A, direct investing, and information technology strategy for leading global consumer products companies.
